We are happy to accommodate the varying needs of our clients when it comes to their specifications for deboning and packaging.

Clients have the option of having carcasses cut and prepared into hindquarters, forequarters, buttocks, loins etc. This can further be deboned in to fillets, sirloins, rumps, topsides, silversides etc.

All trimmings can be converted into mince, sausage and patties as per instructions and recipes from clients. After vacuum sealing all our products are retail ready.
